   Claude reads it before it does anything. Your business, your customers, how you work, the lines it doesn't cross. That's the twenty minutes at the front of every session, for you and everyone on your team.

   What matters this week, ranked, in a file it reads. So you decide once, and everyone works to it, instead of re-litigating it Thursday.

   Every session ends by writing down where things stand. So work carries across days and people instead of dying when a session closes.
