The 11th AI OS · for Claude Code and Claude Cowork

Ten hours a week. And the company you never got to build.

37 files you drop into Claude Code or Cowork. Your business, your customers and your priorities, in a folder Claude reads before it does anything.
Twenty minutes to set up, once. Then it stops starting from zero, and you stop being the only place the context lives.

Where the ten hours go.

Never in one place. That's why nobody bills it, nobody tracks it, and everybody eats it.

And that's only the part you can see.

Ten hours a week is the invoice. It isn't the real cost.

The real cost is that nothing you know ever leaves your head. Every decision routes back through you. Your AI can't take work off you, because it doesn't know enough to be trusted with any.

So you stay the bottleneck. Not because you're slow. Because you're the only place the context lives.

That's what caps a company. Not effort, and not headcount. You can hire five more people and still be the one answering.

Write it down once, in a place your AI reads before it does anything, and the ceiling moves. Your team stops asking you. Your AI stops guessing. The work goes out without you in the middle of it.

I do this for a living, every weekday, inside four businesses. This is the system I install when I get there.

What you get back.

Copy the folder in, answer a few questions about your business, and it works from that day. It stays useful because the system updates itself at the end of each session, not because you maintain it. Here's the actual file you fill in:

CLAUDE.md
# House Rules · [YOUR NAME]'s AI OS

Claude reads this file automatically, every session, before
anything else. You never have to paste it, attach it, or remind
it. That is the whole point.

## About me and my business
- Who I am: [owner / operator / director of compliance]
- What my business does: [one line, what you sell and to whom]
- What I want from you: [speed. keep my week straight.]
You are my chief of staff, not a search engine.
- My team: [who else is involved and what they own]

This folder is the single home for my priorities, notes, and
work. When something changes, it changes here first, not in your
memory. Your memory goes stale between sessions. This folder is
always right.
  1. The house rules

Claude reads it before it does anything. Your business, your customers, how you work, the lines it doesn't cross. That's the twenty minutes at the front of every session, for you and everyone on your team.

  2. A priorities board

What matters this week, ranked, in a file it reads. So you decide once, and everyone works to it, instead of re-litigating it Thursday.

  3. A handoff

Every session ends by writing down where things stand. So work carries across days and people instead of dying when a session closes.

  4. Four checks that run on your own machine

They catch it when it says a job's done and it isn't. So you can hand it real work instead of supervising it.

  5. Setup notes

Written for someone who's never done this. Twenty minutes once. Against ten hours a week, every week, forever.

Who built this.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5, I'm on site with one of four businesses, running live AI workshops with their teams. Different industry every day. Not slides. We open the actual work: the report someone rebuilds by hand every week, the spreadsheet that breaks the moment a row moves.

We put AI on it that day, in front of them. Then the team runs it themselves.

This is the system I install when I get there. The teams running it are getting more done than they were. Not because they're working longer. Because their AI stopped starting from zero every morning, and because the answers stopped living in one person's head.

4 businesses on it every week · 4 AI workers running daily in my own shop · operator, not an agency

Is this right for you?

Yes, if

  • You're in Claude most days and you're sick of setting the scene every time.
  • You're running something real, and you're the bottleneck in it.
  • You can copy a folder onto your computer.
  • Twenty minutes of setup against ten hours a week sounds like a trade you'd take.

No, if

  • You're a developer who wants coding standards in a repo. The free GitHub lists are better at that, and they cost nothing.
  • You don't use Claude. This is built for Cowork and Claude Code specifically.
  • You want someone to set it up for you. That's a different thing, and it isn't this.
  • You're after prompts. This isn't a prompt pack.

Questions I usually get.

What exactly do I get for $149?

37 files. The house rules Claude reads before it does anything. A priorities board it works from. A handoff so every session picks up where the last one stopped. Four checks that run on your own machine. And the setup notes. You download it once and it's yours.

There are free versions on GitHub. Why pay?

Those were written for code. This was written for running a business. The free lists are genuinely good at linting and repo conventions, but none of them know what a client is, or which three things matter this week. If that's what you need, take them. They're free and they're better at it.

Do I need to be technical?

You need to be able to copy a folder onto your computer. About 20 minutes. Nothing to host, no server to run, nothing to cancel later.

Does it work with ChatGPT or Gemini?

What ships today is built for Claude Cowork and Claude Code, because that's where the checks actually run. A ChatGPT version is doable and I'll build it. Tell me you want one and I'll make it.

I already have a CLAUDE.md. Is this redundant?

Probably not. Most people have a file describing their project. This is the rest of it. What happens at the start of a session, what happens at the end, what gets tracked in between, and what catches Claude when it says a job's finished and it isn't.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email me within 30 days and I'll refund the whole thing. No explanation needed, no form. I'd rather give you $149 back than have you tell people it wasn't worth it.

Can I use it in more than one business?

Yes. Buy it once, install it in every business you run.

Or do all of it again next week.

Set the scene again. Re-decide what you decided Monday. Check the work it said was finished. Then do it again next week.

Or spend twenty minutes once, today, and stop being the bottleneck.
